If you require Remote help after the 30 days has elapsed you can purchase further Remote Session Credits
Remote Session Credits are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
Remote Support Sessions can be purchased and used for DD-WRT Routers not purchased from ourselves
You will be required to download software onto a Windows PC or Laptop that has an internet connection and is connected to your Guardian or DD-WRT router, to allow us to remotely connect to your router

Remote sessions can be used to resolve any issue you may have or even just for a router security  review. One session lasts 30 minutes maximum. If your issue can not be fixed in 30 minutes you may be asked to purchase, or use, further session credits to resolve your issue.
