UK Delivery
We use Tracked Postal Services. Once your items have been dispatched you will receive email confirmation along with a tracking number.

Rest Of the World Delivery (International)
Postage costs for delivery outside of the UK are calculated at checkout.

We use International Tracked Postal Services. Once your items have been dispatched you will receive email confirmation along with a tracking number. International shipping may be subject to import tax which is the responsibility of the customer.
For your peace of mind and satisfaction all items are carefully checked prior to despatch. Guardian Routers must be notified of any errors, missing items or damage within 48hrs of delivery. This does not affect your consumer rights.
However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, Guardian Routers will be happy to accept the return of your router or other items within 14 days of purchase, providing:

You have requested a return through our returns system within 14 days

It is received back to us undamaged with all settings as they were when you received the item

It is complete with ALL accessories and any other associated parts supplied.

Returned in the undamaged Manufacturers box or the box you received it in from us when you purchased

The security seal is intact
-
Manufactures packaging must not be damaged and must be in a re-saleable condition

Any items returned from outside of the UK will be subject to a 20% surcharge. This is to cover Import and Admin fees imposed by the Courier
If any of these criteria are not met, there will be either a 20% re-stocking fee or we may refuse to refund for the returned item. Postage charges are non refundable unless the item is returned as faulty. If an item is returned as faulty, return postage costs will ONLY be refunded if that item is proved to be faulty by our technicians.
How To Return An Item
To return an item you will need to contact us through the Returns button below and request an RMA number.

Log in or create an account on our support portal. This can be found in the Help section of our website.

Create a new support ticket and select ‘Returns’ as the category

Our agents will issue you an RMA number and returns packing slip and will update your ticket. This can take up to 24 hours

You will need to check your ticket to get your RMA number and returns packing slip.

You have 14 days to return items from the date of the RMA being issued

Any items returned without an RMA number will not be processed
​

Intangible items
​
Intangible products and digital downloads such as VPNs, VPN activation codes and digitally delivered software including router upgrades are sent electronically or to the email address used to make the purchase. They may also be pre-installed by ourselves on your purchased router before dispatch or made available through a download link after purchase. These intangible software products are strictly non-refundable.

We no longer offer exchanges. Returns will be refunded back to the original payment method on the order within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse.
If an item is returned under warranty, return postage costs will ONLY be refunded if that item is proved to be faulty.
Please remember that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are packaged for transport. Insufficient packaging resulting in the product being damaged will be the responsibility of the customer. The box of the product must be wrapped / protected and not covered in tape or labels. A restocking fee will be charged for any original boxes damaged due to careless packing. We reserve the right to recover transportation and other logistic expenses incurred by ourselves as a direct result of the purchase.
