The Netgear R6250 is a very capable 'entry level' VPN Router. It has dual band 2.4GHZ/ 5GHZ AC1600 wifi with 1500sq ft coverage. The dual core 800MHZ CPU it is the minimum spec CPU we would recommend to run a VPN and protect all of your devices
